I didn’t realize that the clasp opening is on the side and isn’t centered. Therefore, when you add a pendant, it hangs on the side of the chain, which makes it look asymmetrical and weird.

Horrible reply response, once I decided the item didn't suit me the way I wanted all of a sudden getting to have my item sent back was difficult. I expected better service maybe buy something else, cause sometimes things don't look the way you want it to, but I won't be buying again. My lesson learned.
