How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by clicking on the my account link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

How can I change or cancel my order?

While we take pride in fast order processing and shipping, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@thenomie.com

How long will it take to receive my product?

Please note that it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order assuming your items are in stock and depending on any customizations.

We ship directly from the Nomie warehouse in Thousand Oaks, California.

Please allow USPS or UPS an additional 3-7 business days for delivery after we ship your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship via DHL Express - rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. To choose DHL Express, please select this option as you are checking out online for best-in-class service.

Do you pay taxes Fees and Duties?

For all international orders, please note that it is of the responsibility of the consumer for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs.

As we are unable to pre-calculate this fee as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Every piece of jewelry at Nomie goes through a thorough quality pre-shipping inspection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less original shipping fees. A return label will only be provided if items received are defective or damaged. Otherwise return shipping is at the customer s expense.  All sale items are final. For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned for any reason.

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition and the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Nomie reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

Do you provide repairs or replacements?

Where is your Jewelry made?

Nomie jewelry is custom designed in the California and is manufactured in a family owned and operated factory dating back to 1980, located in beautiful Sao Paulo Brazil.

Why do you use 18k?

In the US 14k gold is mostly used for jewelry, however it represents only 58% pureness. While 18k gold is 75% pure and the quality and durability is far superior.

What is the difference between 18k plated/dipped, vermeil and Gold Filled?

In terms of quality and durability, 18k Gold Fill falls just under pure gold. Gold filled jewelry has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated. Because that layer is so much thicker the piece is more durable.

Does your product tarnish?

No. If for any reason, any 18k gold filled jewelry tarnishes to black or green it is because IT IS NOT GOLD FILLED. Simple as that.

Is your product Hypoallergenic?

Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic and free of harmful chemicals such as nickel, cadmium and lead. We manufacture under strict health and guidance regulations and are compliant with CA prop 65 and EU regulations.

How do I pick the correct size chain length?

Typically there are three chain sizes to choose from 16" 18" and 20." The best way to accurately measure is to take a string measure and cut it to the length you are considering (16" 18" 20"). Place it around your neck and see which is the best fit for you.
