Shipping policy
Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order assuming your items are in stock and depending on any customizations. We ship directly from the Nomie warehouse in Thousand Oaks, California. Please allow USPS an additional 3-7 business days for delivery after we ship your order. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Once an order is picked up by the carrier we are no longer in control of transit times and we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Should a package go missing, please reach out to your local USPS, and provide them with your tracking information to file a claim.

International Orders
For all international orders, we ship via DHL Express - rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. To choose DHL Express, please select this option as you check out online for best-in-class service.
